AAES’ refund policy is as follows:

A student must withdraw prior to the 8:00 AM of the 2nd class day to receive 50% of their tuition as a refund. After the 8:00AM of the 2nd class day there will be no refunds. ALL deposits are non-refundable.
Any student withdrawing or being dropped from the program will still be responsible for any remaining outstanding balance.
